Educational Grants, Kroger Company Foundation
The Kroger Company Foundation makes grants in the areas of hunger relief, diversity and inclusion, health and nutrition, and stronger communities. The foundation awards millions of dollars in grants each year to local organizations that have been recommended by the company’s retail operating divisions.

Broadening Participation in Computing
The purpose of the National Science Foundation (NSF) Broadening Participation in Computing program is to significantly increase the number of US citizens and permanent residents receiving postsecondary degrees, and to encourage participation of underrepresented groups in the computing disciplines from kindergarten through grade 12 schools through to the computing workforce.
Deadline: Applications are due December 1, 2021.
AmeriCorps State and National Grants
The AmeriCorps State and National Grants seeks to prioritize the investment of national service resources in the following areas: efforts for Covid-19 relief, educational opportunity and economic mobility for underserved communities, civic engagement, evidence-based interventions, veterans and military families, environmental stewardship, and rural intermediaries. Education grants provide support for economically disadvantaged students, improved school readiness, and preparation for success in postsecondary educational institutions.
Deadline: January 4, 2022.
National Robotics Initiative 3.0: Innovations in Integration of Robotics
The National Robotics Initiative 3.0 builds upon preceding programs to support fundamental and cross-disciplinary research projects focused on the innovative integration of robotics systems and technologies in the United States. Proposals are accepted in a variety of content areas relevant to the sponsoring agencies as listed in the program solicitation.
Deadline: Applications are accepted February 8 through February 22, 2022
Academic Enrichment Grants
The McCarthey Dressman Education Foundation offers Academic Enrichment Grants designed to develop classroom and extracurricular programs that improve student learning. The foundation considers proposals that foster understanding, deepen students’ knowledge, and provide opportunities to expand awareness of the world around them.
Deadline: Online applications are accepted January 15 through April 15, annually.
