Successful Grant Application: Energy and STEM Project
In this installment of our series about successful grant applications, we take a look at David Lockett’s application for a grant from the Motorola Solutions Foundation. His proposed project is called “Powering the Future of STEM” and it is implemented with the help of Duke Energy.
David is a STEM teacher at Bok Academy in Lake Wales, Florida and he is also NASA Solar System Ambassador. His project included STEM, robotics, IT, and engineering and focused on the production, use, generation, and consumption of energy. The grant amount was $5,000.
