Mazda Foundation Education Grant

The Mazda Foundation supports programs that range from children’s organizations and educational scholarships to food banks, environmental programs, and crucial disaster relief efforts. The foundation awards grants to programs promoting education and literacy, environmental conservation, cross-cultural understanding, social welfare, and scientific research.

K-12 Classroom Teacher Grant
Sponsored by Society of Aviation and Flight Educators, Inc.
The Society of Aviation and Flight Educators, Inc. (SAFE) is offering two grant awards designed to encourage kindergarten through grade 12 classroom teachers to incorporate aviation-themed lessons into their normal curriculum. Aviation and aerospace topics are the perfect adjunct for teaching science, mathematics, history, and even art. Grants may be used to design an aviation-themed classroom unit or complete an aviation-themed project.

Education Grants

The goal of the MAXIMUS Charitable Foundation is to award grants to organizations and charities that help disadvantaged individuals achieve self-sufficiency and personal growth, particularly those programs serving youth. Eligible projects include child abuse support and prevention, child hunger and nutrition services, and enrichment and education programs.

Computers for Learning

The Computers for Learning (CFL) program evolved as a guide for implementing Executive Order 12999, Educational Technology: Ensuring Opportunity for all Children in the Next Century. The executive order encourages agencies, to the extent permitted by law, to transfer excess computers and related peripheral equipment directly to schools and some educational nonprofit organizations. The CFL program specifically matches the computer needs of schools and educational nonprofit organizations with excess equipment in Federal agencies.

National Giving Program

The Walmart Foundation strives to empower low-income people to increase quality of life. The National Giving Program allows the foundation to work strategically with organizations workings across one or more states to address social issues strongly aligned with its focus areas. The foundation requires that all funds be directed to programs that fall within Walmart’s focus areas: opportunity, sustainability, or community
