The Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Foundation supports organizations that serve lower-income individuals and assist vulnerable and at-risk populations in the communities in which they reside. Program areas include older adult services, workforce development, basic human needs and health, disabilities, education, and general community support. Within the education focus, the foundation supports early childhood education; science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM); and out of school time.

SCA Grants

Sony Corporation of America and its operating companies offer funding to programs that support education and creative, artistic, technical, and scientific skills that are necessary for tomorrow’s workforce. Priority is given to efforts that promote literacy and basic educational competency. Previous education grants have supported environmental education, arts education, youth mentoring, and quality education for at-risk students.
